Terms and Conditions of Hire

The following are the terms and conditions you must accept when hiring a minicoach from D.R.P. Travel

1.A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a booking with payment in full being made before the date of travel.

2. It is company policy to charge the hirer for any damage to the minicoaches caused by either the hirer or a member of their party.

3. It is company policy to charge a minimum £50.00 fee for any excessive cleaning e.g. Chewing gum on seats.

4. Any delays incurred in excess of 15 minutes by the hirer or a member of their party will be charged to the hirer at the current hourly rates.

5. We reserve the right to refuse to carry drunk, aggressive, abusive of otherwise badly behaved passengers. This is at the sole discretion of the driver on duty.

6. We operate a strict no smoking policy on all our vehicles at all times.

7. Consumption of food and drink is not permitted unless specifically agreed with D.R.P. Travel at time of booking.

8. D.R.P. Travel accepts no responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances e.g. traffic congestion, road accidents.

9. D.R.P. Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or goods belonging to the hirer or any member of their party during the period of hire.

10. The hirer is liable for any additional parking charges incurred during the period of hire.
